Have you ever received feedback from an instructor that left you feeling discouraged? How about feedback that really motivated and inspired you to do your best? Which type of instructor do you want to be?
Remember that each and every time you provide feedback to your students you have the opportunity, and responsibility, to motivate and encourage them to reach their highest potential.
To Prepare:
Call on your personal experiences, as a student and/or instructor, related to motivational feedback. Conduct independent research, on the Internet or in the Walden Library, to identify three or more useful resources related to best practices for facilitating online discussions.
By Day 3 of Week 10
Post the following:
Share from your personal experiences and the results of your research. Explain why you selected each of the three best practice resources you uncovered and be sure to cite your sources so your colleagues can learn more about your findings.
