I have already prepared MS project mpp document. All I need you to do is help me in getting Cost overview report and project overview report with all phases.

The problem over here is, when I try to generate the cost overview report and project overview report I’m not getting the report with all project phases such as.

Initiation Phase

Planning Phase

Execution phase

Monitoring Phase

Closing Phase

Contingency

Project Change request

To be more specific, I took screenshots of the professor class recording of MS project mpp document. So, the screen shots can make more sense.

So, I’m attaching my MS project mpp document where you need to work on and screenshot attachments for reference and better understanding.

Import Note: Make sure the “work” and “duration” columns won’t get effected.
